A high-energy person by nature, you can find Eryn out hiking, mountain biking, surfing or just about any other activity that gets her outside. Previously a competitive horse jumper, she now plays Division 1 soccer in Victoria.

Eryn worked for Pura Vida Fitness last year where she treated as an Athletic Therapist and also facilitated fitness. She has a passion for her field and has worked with a multitude of teams and athletes including Quest University soccer, B.C. Soccer, UVIC field hockey, Wheelchair Rugby Canada, Ironman and Marathon athletes, mountain bikers, surfers and more.

She also works at Saanich Commonwealth Place: Take Heart Cardiac Rehabilitation; and teaches both spin and fitness classes on the side.

“I enjoy working with clients of all ages, backgrounds and with different athletic abilities. My goal is to help you return to the activities you love free of pain and in better condition than you were pre-injury.”

As an Athletic Therapist, Eryn specializes in treating and rehabilitating acute and chronic injuries to muscle bones and joints. She also focuses on injury prevention; looking at the body as a whole, evaluating posture, repetitive dysfunctional movement patterns and muscular imbalances. Eryn has a hands-on approach to therapy, which is paired with rehabilitative exercises to get you back to work sport or play as rapidly as possible. Eryn is excited to be part of the Total Body team and looks forward to helping clients reach their goals.
